Lymore Shepherds Huts – Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Lymore Huts, every shepherd hut, garden office, and sauna hut is handcrafted to order at our Hampshire workshop.
Each project is built to the customer’s exact specifications using traditional joinery and premium materials.
Because our products are bespoke, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once production has begun.


Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of confirmation for a full refund of any deposit, provided that production has not started.

  • After this period, or once production has begun, cancellations are not possible.

  • Deposits become non-refundable once work on your hut has started.


Returns

  • We only accept returns for defective or damaged products.

  • If your hut arrives with a manufacturing fault or damage, please notify us within 21 days of delivery.

  • Our team will arrange a suitable resolution — this may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Lymore Huts when the product is defective or damaged.

  • For all other bespoke orders, returns are not accepted once production has begun.


Exchanges

Because each hut is custom-made, we do not offer exchanges.
If your product is defective or damaged, we will arrange repair or replacement as appropriate.
