Shipping & Delivery Policy
Bespoke Production Lead Time
All Lymore Huts are individually crafted to order. Standard lead time is 3 to 12 weeks from receipt of your deposit and finalised specifications depending on hut choices.
Lead times may vary depending on the complexity of your chosen design and seasonal demand. We will confirm an estimated completion date in writing when you place your order and keep you informed of progress.
Delivery Area
We deliver across the United Kingdom. If you are outside mainland UK or require international delivery, please contact us for a tailored quotation.
Delivery Method
Your finished hut is transported by specialist flatbed vehicle and positioned using appropriate lifting or towing equipment. Our team will liaise with you in advance to plan access, turning space and ground preparation.
Delivery Cost
Delivery and on-site positioning are quoted individually based on location, access conditions and any special requirements.
A detailed delivery quotation will be provided and agreed before the hut leaves our workshop.
Site Requirements
To ensure smooth delivery, customers must:
• Provide clear vehicle access to the site on the agreed date.
• Prepare a level, stable base (e.g. concrete pad or suitable groundworks) in accordance with our specification sheet.
• Obtain any permissions required for siting (planning, access etc.).
Insurance & Risk
All huts remain fully insured by Lymore Huts until they are safely installed on your prepared site. Once delivery is completed and signed off, responsibility passes to the customer.
Changes & Delays
We will notify you promptly of any unavoidable changes to lead times (for example, extreme weather or supply issues).
If you need to rearrange delivery, please inform us at least 14 days in advance to avoid rescheduling charges.
